TICKETING FAQ

Box Office/Will Call hours of operation are on Saturday, April 30 & Sunday, May 1 from 12PM-10PM.

There is always a chance that the event will sell out, in which case no more tickets will be sold. So, get your tickets now—we want to make sure you don’t miss out!

Credit and debit cards are accepted.

Tickets are limited to four (4) per person.

VIP upgrades will be available on-site.

You should receive a confirmation email within moments of purchase. If you do not (be sure to check your junk folder), please contact Front Gate Tickets.

Your card should be charged within two business days. If you do not see the charge on your account, please contact Front Gate Tickets.

Tickets will begin shipping closer to the event. If you have not received your tickets within one week of the event, please contact Front Gate Tickets.

The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from Front Gate. If you buy resale tickets, we advise you to get them only from trusted friends. DO NOT purchase from scalpers. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate ticket, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.

Contact Front Gate Tickets in order for them to invalidate your original order and reissue your replacements.

You will then need to pick up a replacement order at our box office. To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please make sure to have your photo ID, the credit card used for the purchase, and your Front Gate Tickets order number ready.

If you are not the original purchaser, you will need to provide a photocopy of the original purchaser’s ID, the Front Gate Tickets confirmation number and a photocopy of the credit card (only the last four digits need to be visible) used to purchase the order to have the order replaced.

Please keep in mind you will only be able to reissue your tickets once and Front Gate Tickets will not be making any exceptions to this policy.

In this case, you would need to replace your wristband at our box office when you arrive at the venue. To receive your replacement, please bring your wristband, Front Gate Tickets order number, ID matching the order, and credit card used for purchase to the box office.

Digital passes will be sent via email approximately 24-72 hours prior to the event.
